Work by Russian Programmers Dominates 'Best of' List in Fortune Magazine NEW YORK, September 12, 2000-The end product of Russia's cadre of experienced programmers is getting noticed in America. The latest issue of Fortune magazine (September 18, 2000: Four Online Tools To Help You Invest With The Big Boys), lists the best four Internet resources for sophisticated analytical tools.
