FX Concepts Adds FOCUS To Their Operations

NEW YORK, September 19, 2000-EGAR Technology (www.egartech.com), a leading provider of capital markets software, consulting and development services, announced today the sale of its FOCUS system to FX Concepts, Inc. FX Concepts will use the FOCUS system to manage their fixed income and foreign exchange trading and risk management in their New York City and Rochester offices. FOCUS replaces the ZAI*NET FX system.

Phil Simotas, Senior Vice President of FX Concepts, the largest privately held foreign exchange fund manager and a specialist in foreign exchange and interest rate trading and research said, "We selected FOCUS because we were looking for the most cost effective integrated trading and risk management system available and FOCUS provided the best solution."
